How to Apply

The Application Process

 

1. COMPLETE
Complete the Online Application and all required forms.

2. RETURN 
Return forms to the WCA Information Station (front entrance) along with any fees.

3. INTERVIEW 
WCA will contact the applicant to schedule a Family Interview and Student assessment and/or entrance exam.

4. CONTACT 
Based on committee review, the admissions office will contact the family to notify if the student has or has not been accepted.

The Re-Enrollment Process

 

To re-enroll online . . . 

Step 1:  Login through your existing Family Portal account. (If you do not have a Family Portal login, click here for instructions.)

Step 2:  Click on the Family Information button in the left menu.


Step 3:  Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button to begin the process.

 
The re-enrollment fee is due at the time of registration.  If you have any questions regarding re-enrollment, please email registrar@woodstreamacademy.com.
