Community Needs & Program Overview
Established in 1983, Woodstream Church, Woodstream Academy (WCA) and Project Ring the Bell for Education currently provide educational support for hundreds of children from neighboring areas in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The purpose of the partnership is to offer academic, recreational, spiritual and social activities for children after school. Students are picked up from their school and brought to the Center to participate in a safe, exciting and engaging program. Students receive individualized instruction from Academy personnel, volunteers, and local community business persons.

- STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math), Coding, Cheerleading, Chess Club, Dance, Drama, Sports, Music, Health & Wellness, Mentoring and more!
Hours of Operation: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Grades: Kindergarten to 9th - Unlike similar programs, students ages 13-14 are welcomed.
TRANSPORTATION must be arranged by the parent(s).
