Beginning January 26th, 2012, WCA will host mini Open House sessions every Thursday from 9:30am - 10:30am in the Atrium. Please join us!
COMPLETE
Complete an application and all required forms.
RETURN
Return application and forms to the WCA Information Station (front entrance) along with any fees.
INTERVIEW
WCA will contact the applicant to schedule a Family Interview and Student assessment and/or entrance exam.
CONTACT
Based on committee review, the admissions office will contact the family to notify if the student has or has not been accepted.
Tuition payments are handled externally through
FACTS tuition Management Company (click for information).

Submit one Student Recommendation and one Behavior Assessment.
Interview with ECE Directors and complete the Student Admissions Assessment.
(A photograph of the applicant and copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate should be submitted at the Family Interview.)

Depending on grade:
» Kindergarten-1st: Complete Student Admission Assessment administered by WCA
» Grades 2-4: Take an Entrance Exam administered by WCA
» Grades 5-6: Take an Entrance Exam - Visit the ISEE website to locate an exam time. Please note
WCA is also a testing site and will administer the test on-site on the following dates in 2012: January 7, February 4, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 9, July 7, July 21, August 4, August 18.
Interview with the Dean.
Submit New Student Application along with the required fee.

» Standardized Test Scores (if taken)
